The tornado continued into Crawford County, Arkansas. |

Based on this damage, maximum estimated wind in the tornado was 115 to 125 mph. |

A concentrated area of tree damage was found approximately 165 yards south of Concord Hill Road across from an open field. This tree damage was consistent with wind speeds near the low end of the EF-1 range. Some loose siding was observed just west of State Highway 47 between Concord Hill Road and New Boston Lane. Additional structural and tree damage was then found between New Boston Lane and Charette Creek Road northeast of State Highway 47. This damage was consistent with wind speeds near the high end of the EF-0 range. The roof of a small barn, both the west and east sides, were uplifted and carried between 80 and 90 yards northeast. Material from the barn roof was lifted into the nearby trees. A couple of supporting poles from the barn were also uplifted approximately 8 inches. Several wooden 2x4s were found driven into the ground northeast of the barn. These 2x4s were driven approximately 8 to 10 inches into the ground with varying angles of entry. The tornado continued eastward where a two story residence was damaged. A few sections of the fascia on this home were uplifted and the brick veneer had become partially detached from the front wall. A large healthy cedar tree in the front of the residence was snapped near the ground and the tree was tossed to the northeast. Additional EF-0 damage was found on the property. The tornado lifted just east of this residence based on the lack of tree damage found to the east. |

Some minor roof damage was also noted in this area. The top of one pine tree was snapped off and the tree top was thrown to the northeast. The tornado crossed Sycamore Bend Road and continued northeastward along Jordan Road. A few tree trunks were snapped and several large branches were snapped among the trees along both sides of the road near the Jordan Branch Creek. Minor roof damage was found to several residences along Jordan Road north of the creek. The tornado lifted just south of Highway C. |

As it moved northeast, it crossed Highway 448 and Shaw-Skene Road, causing minor roof damage to a few homes, removing part of an awning from a home, snapped some large limbs and small trees, and knocked down a few wooden power poles. The tornado reached its maximum strength as it crossed Cleveland Crossing Road, knocking down several power poles, downing some traffic signs and dropping roofing debris near the road. The tornado continued northeast, causing some shingle damage to a couple of homes along Highway 8 and snapped some large limbs. The tornado appeared to dissipate near this point just south of the Cleveland Municipal Airport. Maximum winds were estimated at 100 mph. |

Damage became much more significant in the center of Coble around the intersection of Briar Pond Road and Highway 438. Several brick homes suffered major damage in Coble including one with almost total roof loss and the collapse of a wall. A mobile home was completely destroyed with debris scattered and the metal frame wrapped partially around a tree. A cinder block garage and at least 3 barns were demolished and an RV was flipped on its side. There were no injuries. The tornado then curved eastward and crossed Sulphur Creek Road, Beaverdam Road, and Highway 50, blowing down hundreds of more trees. The tornado lifted just east of Smithfield Road. A few homes suffered EF0 damage on Batson Street and Oak Street, and one girl was injured on Oak Street when a window of her house blew in on her. An apartment complex suffered minor roof and interior water damage on Oak Circle. More homes suffered minor damage from Valley View Street to Bell Street. EF1 damage occurred between Bell Street and Floyd Temple Road where hundreds of trees were snapped and uprooted before the tornado lifted east of Floyd Temple Road. This tornado along with straight line winds to its south damaged a total of 46 buildings in Ashland Cty according to Cheatham County Emergency Management, including 37 houses, two churches and three apartment buildings, and left two homes uninhabitable. A few homes had minor roof damage south of Mount Zion Road and several trees were blown down. A gas station roof was partially blown off and gas pump awning damaged on Mount Zion Road at Tom Austin Highway. On the east side of the highway, an outbuilding was destroyed with debris blown 100 yards to the north into a water tower. One home and a business received roof damage on Old Highway 431, and an adjacent warehouse had an exterior door blown in and half of the roof blown off. Sheet metal from the warehouse was scattered up to 200 yards across adjacent fields. Further to the east, several trees were snapped or uprooted on New Cut Road. Major damage occurred on Stacy Springs road where a TVA high transmission tower was toppled, several homes and outbuildings suffered moderate roof damage, and dozens of trees were snapped and uprooted. Several businesses and barns also had roof damage on Highway 11. More barns and homes were damaged and numerous trees blown down on Old Greenbrier Pike and Worsham Springs Road. Winds were estimated around 120 mph. |

The path of damage crossed Wilkinson Road, Ridgewood Road, and Ivy Point Road where numerous trees were snapped and uprooted before the tornado lifted. |

The path continued across Highway 840 into an inaccessible portion of Williamson County north of Highway 46. |

Initially, this tornado touched down in a grove of trees near the end of Kurtz Drive. It then damaged several homes on Kurtz Drive and near the intersection of Thornhill Drive and Gaines Road. One owner of a home east of Gaines Road mentioned that water was evacuated from all 4 toilets as the tornado passed by. Local residents reported a loud roar. Another home along Gaines Road has its front door pulled off. Before lifting right off Tom Cain Road, the tornado damaged a small shed. |
| 09:05Z | EF1 | KOHX | TN | Robertson | Oakland | An NWS Storm Survey determined a very complex area of wind damage consisting of two EF1 tornadoes and a large intense macroburst struck eastern Robertson County. The first of these EF1 tornadoes touched down 4.6 miles southeast of Springfield west of Pinson School Road and traveled northeast across Possum Trot Road uprooting and snapping several trees. More significant damage to homes and businesses occurred at the intersection of Highway 76 and Gum Station Road and along Lorilei Lane, where a few homes had moderate roof damage and many more homes and barns had minor roof damage. More homes and barns received minor damage south of Gum Station Road, with one home at 6537 Gum Station Road having moderate roof damage to its southern side and a tree falling on the western side. Another home at the southwest corner of the Bethlehem Road and Gum Station Road intersection was severely damaged, with others on the north side of the intersection suffering minor damage. More homes had minor roof damage further to the east along Bethlehem Road and at the Cross Plains Road and Boyles Road intersection before the tornado lifted. Hundreds of trees were snapped and uprooted all along the path. Winds were estimated up to 105 mph. |

The tornado then crossed into Sumner County. |

A barn and mobile home were damaged along Jernigan Road, and several more trees were blown down on Calista Road. A home on Village Green Drive at Highway 25 was heavily damaged and a few others in the area suffered minor roof damage. More trees were snapped and uprooted as the tornado crossed Interstate 65 at mile marker 113 and Highway 31 one-half mile north of Highway 25 before the tornado moved into Sumner County. Winds were estimated around 95 mph. |

Numerous homes suffered minor roof and exterior damage along a narrow path across Williamson Road, Jesse Brown Drive, Cimmaron Drive, and other adjacent streets. Crossing I-65, a few more homes received minor roof damage on Lewis Drive. The tornado continued eastward with additional minor damage to homes along Patton Branch Road and Hogans Branch Road. Near the intersection of Tyree Springs Road and Sandy Valley Road, the tornado destroyed two garage buildings. Some more homes had minor roof damage along the path until the tornado lifted along Upper Station Camp Road. Dozens of trees were snapped and uprooted all along the path. |

Several mobile homes were heavily damaged by falling trees along Dickerson Pike, with one woman receiving a minor injury in the Ranchwood Mobile Home Park. Numerous homes had minor roof and exterior damage along Donald Street, Gordon Terrace, Woodyhill Drive, and Jones Avenue, and several large trees were blown down. Some roof damage was noted to health department buildings on RS Gass drive south of Hart Lane. Dozens of more homes suffered minor roof and exterior damage from the Gillock Street and Gallatin Pike area eastward to near McGavock Pike, with numerous trees and fences blown down. |

In Indiana, four homes and two barns were damaged along Highway 111. The porch of one home was lifted and thrown 30 feet. The walls of one of the barns collapsed in multiple directions. Several trees were downed along the banks of the Ohio River. |

A pavilion was damaged by a falling tree at Liberty Elementary School. Several homes and a church had minor roof damage along Liberty Pike, Cadet Lane, and Flintlock Drive. While in Kentucky, this twister did roof and siding damage to many homes in the Greenridge Estates subdivision in addition to uprooting several trees. |

Hundreds of trees were snapped or uprooted all along the path with some trees falling on homes and outbuildings. The roof and one side of a mobile home was blown off near the beginning of the path. Several homes had minor roof damage on Drayton Downs, Gordon Crossing, and Nogs Garden roads. The most significant damage occurred in the Fairview Plantation and Baypoint subdivisions where dozens of homes suffered roof and siding damage on Jacobs Drive, Chloe Drive, Browns Lane, Elizabeth Court, Woodlake Drive, Willowlake Drive, and Inneswood Drive. More homes were damaged on Aqua Drive and Lock 4 Road, and several docks at the Gallatin Marina were damaged. Additional minor roof damage occurred to homes along the path until the tornado lifted. |

The heaviest damage occurred in a commercial district around Lebanon Road and Mount Juliet Road, where a Dollar General store and an automotive warehouse were heavily damaged. A distribution warehouse for the Tennessean newspaper on Lineberry Boulevard was nearly completely destroyed, and the roof, third story, and several walls of an adjacent three-story building were blown off. Dozens of other businesses in the area received minor to moderate structural damage and debris impacts from nearby damaged buildings. Significant damage to outbuildings, fences, and power poles also occurred at the Mount Juilet Ballpark. Dozens of trees and power lines were blown down and many homes received minor damage along the path. |

The tornado stayed on the ground for 3 miles, eventually crossing Interstate 65 just south of Smith's Grove. This tornado overturned a semi-trailer on the interstate. Before lifting up just to the east of Smith's Grove, it destroyed an older wooden barn and a large well constructed dairy barn, ripping steel I-beams out of their concrete base, scattering its roof, and collapsing its southern and eastern cinder block walls. |

The most significant damage occurred less than one mile north of Eagleville along North Main Street, Elm Street, and Oak Street where several homes received roof and siding damage. At least four barns were damaged between Oak Street and Swamp Road before the tornado lifted east of swamp road. Dozens of trees were snapped or uprooted along the path with some falling on homes. |

The tornado took a turn to the east, remaining south of US Highway 278. As the tornado crossed Shake Rag Rd and Abernathy Rd, it caused minor roof damage to one home and an outbuilding, and downed many trees. As the tornado turned to the north northeast, it crossed Sulligent Lake Rd and dissipated just west of Glass Rd. Path length in Mississippi was 7.02 miles. |

| 10:46Z | EF1 | KHTX | TN | Lincoln | Dellrose | A short-lived tornado traveled slightly over 5 miles, impacting portions of west-central Lincoln County along the Elk River between the towns of Dellrose and Fayetteville, Tennessee. The tornado initially touched down in a field just west of Cheatham Road, about a quarter of a mile south of Highway 273 (Old Elkton Pike), where several trees were snapped. The tornado then quickly tracked northeast, flipping over a large irrigation system, uprooting and snapping several large cedar trees and blowing in two metal garage doors to a barn.||About one mile downstream, off JD Suggs Road, a 40x60-foot metal shed/barn was also completely destroyed. Right along JD Suggs Road, a trailer was rolled on its side and significant roof and siding damage was done to an older barn. Numerous large softwood trees were snapped near the base or uprooted around this location. This is where the tornado appeared to be at its strongest, with maximum winds of around 100 mph and a maximum path width of around 250 yards. Just northeast, along Curtis Road, additional trees were snapped and uprooted and another large irrigation system was turned over. An attached garage/shed along the side of a residence collapsed with several large trees snapped and uprooted. The tornado continued northeast crossing the Elk River and snapping a few trees near the intersection of Highway 274 (Old Railroad Bed Road) and Hovis Bend Road. The side of a small barn was blown in and a portion of its roof was ripped off at a residence just up the road along Highway 274. The was the last of any identifiable damage seen along this path as the tornado weakened and lifted over a field between Highway 274 and Dyer Road. |

The tornado continued moving east northeast, crossing Luxapallila Creek and causing significant tree damage along County Road 21, County Road 85 and County Road 80. The tornado crossed US Highway 43, downing more trees before lifting just west of Alabama Highway 129. |

The sheet metal roof of a home was partially blown off on Walker Road in Manchester and a tree was blown down in the yard. Intermittent damage consisting of dozens of snapped trees and damaged roofs continued for approximately 5 miles to the northeast. The last evidence of damage was on Shining Star Lane just off Ragsdale Road where a home had minor damage and a few trees were blown down. |

Touchdown occurred in the Ferguson Community near the end of the runway of the Lake Cumberland Regional Airport. The tornado traveled a half mile through a residential area crossing Murphy Avenue near the Gover Lane intersection. Some roof and siding damage was noted to structures along the path. Several trees were also downed along the path and one tree fell across and destroyed a shed. This is the first documented tornado to occur during the month of January in the National Weather Service Jackson, KY forecast area. |

Along the path, dozens of hardwood and softwood trees were uprooted or snapped. |

The tornado tracked east northeast along Slick Ford Road, downing hundreds of trees. As the tornado crossed Smith Lake near Cove Road South, six homes sustained roof damage; one severely. The tornado widened to 1000 yards wide as it crossed the lake near County Road 61. As it tracked along the lake, thousands of trees were downed causing damage to at least a dozen additional residences. Also, several boat houses were destroyed. The tornado weakened as it crossed County Road 63, dissipating near the intersection of County Road 41 and County Road 52. |
