| 17:55Z | EF1 | KVAX | GA | Irwin | Ocilla | A tornado briefly touched down in Irwin county south of Ocilla and produced mainly EF0 damage along its path, largely in the form of uprooted trees with some smaller trees snapped. The tornado was at its strongest near the end of its damage path where EF1 damage was noted. A mobile home was knocked several feet off its foundation, but remained upright. Most of the roof was torn off. A large hardwood tree was snapped in half and many others were uprooted. Several out buildings were destroyed and shingles were stripped from the roof of one home. Peak winds were estimated around 105 mph. Monetary damage was estimated. |
| 19:49Z | EF2 | KMHX | NC | Beaufort | Pantego | The tornado initially touched down near Highway 264 north of Belhaven. It began as an EF1 and tracked east-northeast toward Beech Ridge Road. Along Highway 264 there was damage to a few structures with numerous trees downed or snapped. One vehicle was lifted and tossed about 50 yards with 2 injuries. ||The tornado strengthened to a high end EF2 with winds estimated at 130 mph as it moved through the Beech Ridge Road area near Pantego. Several homes, out buildings and sheds were damaged or destroyed. A double wide mobile home was wiped off its foundation and destroyed despite being strapped down. Large numbers of trees were snapped, many at their base. ||The tornado then continued to produce EF2 damage on Ross Farm. A roof was blown off a house, an out building destroyed and large farm equipment moved. The tornado then dissipated in a field. |

The tornado was rated as an EF1 with winds estimated at 105 mph. A home near Ponzer was pushed off its foundation but remained intact. Several trees were snapped or blow down. The tornado then tracked about a mile through rural areas before dissipating. |

No funnel was observed, but several witnesses heard an unusually loud roaring noise. Peak winds were estimated around 75 mph based on the tree damage. |
| 01:50Z | EF0 | KFFC | GA | Spalding | Vaughn | A National Weather Service storm survey team determined that a short-lived EF-1 tornado touched down 8 miles northwest of Griffin. Around 200 trees were downed by the tornado and at least a dozen homes sustained minor roof damage. The most significant damage was a tree that fell onto a home along Highway 92. Several outbuildings sustained minor to moderate damage as well.
