15:18Z EF2 KRTX OR Tillamook Manzanita NWS Storm Survey Team confirmed a EF-2 Tornado went through Manzanita, with estimated peak winds of 125-130 mph. Tornado started as a waterspout over the Pacific Ocean and came onshore near Treasure Cove Lane and continued northeast through Manzanita.
16:00Z EFU KRTX OR Tillamook Oceanside Video obtained via social media showed a waterspout just offshore of Oceanside along Highway 101. It briefly moved onshore before dissipating. No damage was observed.
