The path ended ENE of Carter|Lane. This tornado either damaged, downed, or completely uprooted|numerous trees. A couple barns and outbuildings were collapsed in|the vicinity of Cedar Fork Road and Carter Lane. In addition, |there was primarily roof damage to multiple structures in its |path. |
| 21:59Z | EF1 | KCAE | SC | Lexington | Gilbert | A tornado touched down near the intersection of Roy Steele Rd and Crosby Rd, just NE of the town of Gilbert. It moved quickly to the NE at nearly 50 mph. It ended near the intersection of Drawbill Rd and Austin McCartha Rd. Much of the damage was |confined to trees that were both hardwood and softwood. The tornado downed large tree limbs, uprooted a tree and snapped a couple of softwood trees approximately |20 to 30 feet off the ground. The strong winds blew a piece of sheet metal that wrapped itself around a tree trunk. |

This is the location of the most widespread tree damage and strongest winds. The tornado continued NE and uprooted and snapped nearly two dozen trees between Olde Farm Rd and Rabbit Rd. A small wood building at the farm lost a good portion of its metal |roof. The tornado ended just as it crossed Rabbit Rd. |

As this |path meandered northeastward, it crossed a grove of healthy trees, |most of which had substantial numbers of their large top branches |snapped off. It then proceeded across an old barn which was |destroyed. A 2 by 6 piece of lumber from the barn impaled the |windshield of a nearby SUV, whose hood was also peeled back from the |wind. ||Damage continued across a corn field on the northeast side of Henkel |Lane. A small shed was destroyed on a property just south of |VA-211 New Market Road. Here a small tree was uprooted, and |several branches were downed across the roadway.||In addition, several large trees were downed along Birdview Lane,|all facing the same direction about a mile and a half to the |southwest of the confirmed tornado path. |

A small hardwood tree was snapped about 30 feet off the ground. The circulation traveled northeast with numerous trees uprooted and snapped along the tornado's path. Many outbuildings and small barns were either destroyed or had significant roof damage. Only minor roof, shingle, and spouting damage to homes was observed. The tornado lifted shortly after crossing Route 58. |
| 03:25Z | EF2 | KDOX | PA | Delaware | Glen Mills | A tornado embedded in a larger area of straight line |winds touched down just southwest of the Cobblestone at |Thornbury subdivision in the town of Glen Mills, |Delaware County at 11:25 pm EDT, Thursday, October 31, |2019. Damage near the beginning of the tornado path|along Cheney Road consisted of a few sporadic uprooted |trees and associated collateral damage of adjacent homes.|However, as the tornado reached its maximum EF2 |strength, the number and size of uprooted trees increased|with significant associated damage to nearby homes. Three |houses sustained significant damage from the wind itself, |which, based on this survey, peaked around 120 mph. As|the EF2 tornado continued to move northeast, at least two|greenhouses were destroyed before it lifted near the |intersection of Orchard and Broomall Lanes. However,|significant straight line wind damage continued beyond this|intersection with dozens of snapped and uprooted trees,|especially within the Golf Course at Glen Mills, before the |strong winds gradually weakened below severe limits. |

Numerous trees |were snapped and uprooted in this area bringing down several utility |poles and power lines. From there, the tornado crossed Village Road |and Dickens Mill Road then continued toward Douglas Road and Spencer |Place where it snapped and uprooted several more trees and crossed |Spring Valley Road. The tornado then crossed into Chatham Township |passing over a mostly uninhabited area. The tornado then passed into |Madison Borough along Prospect Place and Gibbons Place. In this |area, numerous hardwood trees were snapped and uprooted, |some falling onto homes, however no significant structural damage |occurred. The tornado then continued towards Drew University where |numerous hardwood trees were snapped and uprooted, some falling |onto and crushing several vehicles. The tornado's path became ill-|defined as it passed through the northern portion of downtown |Madison then re-intensified as it approached Greenwood Avenue. A |few trees were snapped and uprooted in this residential area a few|blocks northeast of downtown Madison. As the tornado continued |toward Sherwood Avenue, further intensification of damage was |noted. A few large hardwood trees were snapped and uprooted in |this area. One snapped tree fell and crushed the front porch of a |home and an uprooted tree fell onto another home. The tornado then|crossed NJ Route 24 into Florham Park Borough. A few trees were |snapped and uprooted along Woodbine Road, East Madison Avenue, |Pierson Lane, and Insley Road. The tornado finally dissipated near|the intersection of Insley Road and Pierson Lane. |

The circulation moved rapidly to the east northeast, producing mainly EF0 damage with numerous trees uprooted or large branches snapped off. The most widespread and significant damage of EF1 category occurred near or along Dewald Road where several large hardwood trees were uprooted and a camper was destroyed. Some roof, shingle, and spouting damage to homes was also observed. The tornado then lifted prior to reaching Route 168. |

The tornado formed near the White Oak River, and tracked|in a northeasterly direction, crossing 3 Oaks Ln, where the majority of|damage was concentrated. There was a strong vinyl horse fence that was |severely damaged, with a 60 yard portion of it broken and blown down |nearly to the ground. Most of the damage was confined to tree limbs |that were snapped off of both hardwood trees and softwood pine trees. |The largest tree limb was about 1 foot in diameter, with many smaller 3|to 6 inch diameter tree limbs snapped. The majority of the branches |were blown to the northeast, consistent with the fast northeasterly |storm motion. |
