This storm continued to slowly move south, impacting portions of far southeastern Douglas County. The office continued to received numerous reports from multiple sources of quarter to tennis ball sized hail as it moved into northeast Sarpy County.
22:13Z 2.50 IA Pottawattamie Council Bluffs A very slow moving supercell thunderstorm developed over downtown Omaha. After remaining stationary for about 30 minutes, it slowly started moving to the south. This storm began producing severe hail in a swath from Council Bluffs to eastern Sarpy County. Multiple reports of hail ranging from quarter to tennis ball sized were received by the office via social media and phone calls from the public and trained spotters.

The initial updraft weakened as it moved into Sarpy county, but still produced up to tennis ball sized hail in the northeast part of the county. A new updraft to the northwest brought an additional swath of severe hail over these same areas, but this is touched on in a subsequent event.

22:45Z 1.00 NE Douglas Ralston This is the start of a destructive swath of hail from a very slow moving supercell that impacted southern portions of the Omaha metro. Just before crossing the county line into Sarpy County, the office received a public report of quarter sized hail that fell in the Ralston area.
22:47Z 4.50 NE Sarpy South Omaha Arpt A destructive swath of hail fell across northern and eastern portions of Sarpy County from a very slow moving supercell. Widespread hail reports came in to the office from the public, social media, trained spotters, and emergency management. Most hail stones ranged from quarter to baseball size. The largest hailstone was 4.5 inches and sent into the office from a broadcast media partner. This hailstone fell in northern Bellevue at 5:58 PM CDT.

The office received several reports of hail ranging from half-dollar to baseball sized. One report between Tilden and Meadow Grove came into the office of a shattered windshield. Towards the end of the hail swath, broadcast media relayed a report of a 3.5 inch hail stone between Meadow Grove and Battle Creek.
