12:15Z 70 TN Obion Glass Straight line winds produced damage near the town of Obion. A grain bin was damaged and an outbuilding sustained minor damage at Foxhall Farms. An irrigation system was turned over as well. In town, minor roof damage occurred to a few homes, trees were knocked down as well as a TV antenna tower. Grain bins also sustained damage at the Snead Farm. One tree fell onto a house.

12:18Z 60 IL Massac Metropolis A wind gust to 69 mph was measured on the north side of the city.
12:20Z 52 IL Wabash Mt Carmel Trees were down in the city limits of Mount Carmel. A radio station measured a wind gust to 60 mph. The radio station reported a tree about one foot in diameter was blown down near the studio. A tree limb landed on a house, causing major damage to the roof.

12:46Z 59 WI Kenosha Kenosha Airport The ASOS at the Kenosha airport recorded a thunderstorm wind gust of 59 knots (68 mph) with sustained winds of 43 knots (49 mph). Trees were reported blown down in the vicinity from the thunderstorm wind gusts.

14:20Z 52 KY Christian Crofton Large tree limbs up to one foot in diameter were blown down. The street department removed several of them from streets. A rotating wall cloud was photographed just northwest of Crofton.
14:25Z 70 IN Hancock Warrington Significant damage occurred to a hog barn that was under construction near the intersection of County Roads 1100 North and 1100 East. Injuries occurred to two workers who were on stilts constructing the ceiling in the unfinished hog barn when the storm and damaging wind gusts moved across the area. One hog in the finished barn was also found injured and had to be put down.

17:15Z 55 TN Lawrence Lawrenceburg A tree fell on top of a resident's car and a power line was also downed at the 200 block of Nixon Avenue in Lawrenceburg. The car, a 2000 Nissan Maxima, sustained extensive damage, was inoperable, and was towed away from this road.
