00:05Z 52 MO Randolph Higbee Thunderstorm winds estimated up to 60 mph, blew a windmill lawn ornament through a residence window.
00:25Z 70 MO Randolph Cairo Straight line wind damage was reported, with significant roof damage to a home. The winds were estimated up to 80 mph. A garage was also destroyed. A couple of grain silo's were flattened and blown across open fields. A tractor trailer and several cars were blown off the road.
00:42Z 78 MO Shelby Shelbina In addition to the tornadoes in the area, damaging straight line winds occurred throughout the area, primarily on an axis from 3 miles southwest of Shelbina to 3 miles east of Shelbina. The strongest straight line winds, approaching 90 mph, appear to have occurred east of Shelbina and just south of U.S. Highway 36, where power poles were snapped off by the high winds. Just north of U.S. Highway 36, the west side of a large machine shed also suffered significant straight line wind damage.

Further to the east in town, several large trees were blown over. One large tree landed on an unoccupied car causing major damage. Also, several power lines were blown down.

04:00Z 65 MO Pike Frankford Thunderstorm winds caused damage to silos, medium to large trees and three homes in an area along and south of Highway B and north of County Road 123. Shingles were mainly removed from the roofs of three homes while both pine and oak trees were either snapped at the base or uprooted. Winds ranged from 65 to 75 miles per hour over this area.
04:05Z 70 MO Osage Westphalia Thunderstorm winds caused scattered damage throughout Osage county. In Westphalia, the roof of a gym on a school sustained major damage when a large portion of the roof was blown off. Further to the east on County Road 811, a large tree was blown down onto a mobile home cutting it into two. No injuries were reported at this location. On County Road 806, a horse barn was blown down. The horses were unhurt, but an RV stored in the barn was damaged. A shed across the street was destroyed as well. In Linn, the high winds damaged several pieces of equipment for track and field events at the high school and a rooftop A/C unit was blown on its side at the elementary school.

04:20Z 70 MO Gasconade Woollam Thunderstorm winds blew down a machine shed on a farm and blew part of the roof off of a pole barn. Also, numerous trees and tree limbs were blown down in the area as well as along Brick Church Road to the east.

Also, in Dutzow a pole barn was flattened, metal roof of a garage was peeled back and some shingles were blown off of a couple of houses. Several large trees were snapped off.

A couple of businesses sustained minor to moderate roof damage when sections of their roofs were blown off. Some of the fallen trees landed on homes and vehicles causing minor to moderate damage. A section of bleachers at the Washington Fairgrounds were folded over.
04:50Z 56 MO Franklin Union Thunderstorm winds uprooted a large tree on Main Street. It landed on an unoccupied car causing moderate damage. Also, another tree fell onto an unoccupied car destroying it. A nearby porch sustained minor damage as the tree fell.

06:00Z 70 IN Hancock Fortville Downburst straight-line wind damage in the form of downed trees, limbs and power lines occurred on State Road 67 in Fortville at Motel Road, Industrial Drive and just north and west of the downtown area. Roofs were also blown off homes and a semi-truck was blown over as well. Two garages were reported to have collapsed also.

06:55Z 70 IL Wayne Orchardville The damage swath extended from Orchardville along and north of Highway 161 to a mile northeast of Mount Erie. Much of the damage was near Cisne, where a house porch was damaged, a large outbuilding was destroyed, and a sign was damaged. A couple of barns and garages were blown over or destroyed. There was minor damage to a couple of sturdier buildings, including a church steeple in Orchardville. Several trees and power lines were down. A power pole was blown over.

07:14Z 56 IL Wayne Keenes Measured wind gusts to 65 mph occurred in the community of Smithville, south of Wayne City. The wind gusts lasted three to four minutes. The nearby community of Sims was without power, and tree limbs were down.

A vehicle and a television antenna sustained damage from the tree. In Bellmont, a trained spotter estimated a gust to 60 mph.

08:20Z 70 IL Johnson Buncombe Several structures were damaged or destroyed on a farm. One machine shed was levelled, with only the north wall left standing. The roofs were blown off two other sheds. Two grain bins were heavily damaged. One of the bins was blown on its side, and the other bin was shifted three feet off its foundation. Part of the roof to one of the sheds was wrapped around a utility pole. The other part of the roof blew across a road and wrapped around a tractor.
