The public reported that part of a tin roof was blown off an outbuilding just southwest of Rome. Trees were down on Avenue D in Rome and Pine Ridge Drive near Silver Creek. Power lines were down on Drexel Drive, west of Rome, as well as Rockmart Road and Pine Ridge Drive in Rome.

The most concentrated damage was across the northern two-thirds of the county. At least ten trees were down within the city of Carrollton. Portions of Georgia Highway 5 were blocked toward Douglas county from downed trees. One vehicle was crushed when a large tree fell on it.

22:15Z 39 GA Harris Whitesville The Harris County 911 Center reported that five trees were down in the extreme northern corner of the county, just southeast of West Point and the intersection of Georgia Highways 18 and 103.

22:17Z 52 GA Cherokee Waleska The Cherokee County Emergency Management Director reported that nearly three dozen trees were down across the county from northwest of Waleska to south of Canton. Several power lines were down as a result of downed trees as well. At least two homes sustained damage from downed trees and at least three vehicles were damaged, also from downed trees. This included one truck, which while being driven, had a tree and adjacent power line fall on it. No injuries were reported from this event. Some roads were blocked from downed trees and power lines, including Riverston Pkwy., Gault Road and N. Victoria Rd.

A tree was also down on a power line at Yeager Road near Bear Creek Road. Damage was scattered throughout the county from northwest to southeast.

22:45Z 52 NE Antelope Clearwater A trained spotter reported thunderstorm wind gusts reached around 60 mph in the Clearwater area. The winds also were accompanied by torrential rain which caused some brief minor flooding of roads in the area.
22:52Z 50 GA De Kalb Dunwoody The DeKalb County 911 Center reported that more than a dozen trees were down across the county. At least one power line was down. This was from a squall line of thunderstorms that passed through the county and was not caused by the more isolated thunderstorm that earlier caused damage to a home and truck near Chamblee.
22:52Z 52 GA Fayette Tyrone The Fayette County 911 Center reported that dozens of trees were down across the county. Trees were down on several roads, including Robinson and Ebenezer Roads in Peachtree City. The most concentrated wind damage appeared to be from Tyrone to Peachtree City.

23:15Z 50 GA Henry Hampton The Henry County 911 Center reported that several trees were down in the McDonough area. WSR-88D base velocity data suggests that strong thunderstorm outflow winds from Fayette county likely caused wind damage in other parts of Henry county, especially the southern half.

One tree was down on a home causing damage to the structure. A portion of Georgia Highway 18 just east of Zubulon was blocked from two large downed trees.
23:25Z 80 NE Madison Meadow Grove Thunderstorm wind gusts estimated at over 80 mph caused significant tree damage in the Battle Creek area which in turned caused building and vehicle damage. Nearly half the streets in town were impassable of because of fallen trees, and at least 10 houses and cars sustained significant damage due to the fallen trees. Power was also knocked out in the area. The damage path stretched both west and east of town.

05:35Z 70 MO Shelby Clarence An intense bow echo moved through the Clarence area, blowing down numerous trees, tree limbs and power lines. Several three foot diameter trees were uprooted three miles south of Clarence. On the east side of town off of U.S. Highway 36, a feed mill sustained quite a bit of damage. One 500,000 bushel bin was nearly smashed to the ground and a second one sustained major roof damage. Two smaller bins were damaged as well. Just southwest of Clarence, a large machine shed was completely destroyed. Several 2x4s from the shed were thrown through the roof of a two story home nearby.

Just southwest of Center on Highway 19, a line of trees extending about 200 yards (30 to 50 feet tall) were uprooted. In Center, numerous tree limbs were blown down and a few trees were uprooted. Four homes sustained minor roof damage from fallen tree limbs. Further northeast along Highway 19, several power poles were snapped off. In New London, several more trees were blown down, as well as numerous tree limbs.
06:15Z 65 IA Lee Keokuk Wind gusts estimated to be 75 mph caused two weakened buildings to collapse in Keokuk, IA around 115 am CDT June 27. The Pallet Building on Johnson Street and the Redemption Center Building on S 4th Street and Johnson Street collapsed. In addition, several trees were uprooted or snapped near the base and several other large tree limbs were also blown down. A spotter also contributed to this report.

A large portion of a tree fell onto a house causing damage in several locations on the roof, allowing water into the residence. The weight of the tree limb caused rear portion of the roof to collapse into the attic area of the house. No injuries were reported. Several fallen trees pulled down power lines and poles when they fell.

Numerous trees fell onto homes causing varying degrees of damage. Also, several vehicles sustained varying degrees of damage from fallen trees and limbs. Amazingly no injuries were reported.

A couple of power poles were also snapped off. Several trees and tree limbs landed on homes causing minor to moderate roof damage. Also, in Camp Point the entire roof of a business was blown off. One woman was injured after falling down her basement steps as her family was taking shelter from the storm. It took more than an hour for an ambulance to respond to the woman's home near Coatsburg because of the downed trees blocking highways and lots of secondary roads.
