15:30Z 60 AR Poinsett Trumann Several houses had roof damage. Some trees were blown down.
15:41Z 83 IN Jefferson Smyrna A microburst just east of an observed tornado damaged several buildings along Clifty Drive, which is located just east of the Madison Municipal County Airport. A carport at a residence on Long Way was thrown across the street. Farther east, significant roof damage was noted to the main building of the Clifty Engineering and Tool Company in the 2900 block of Clifty Drive. Additional roof damage occurred to a storage building next to the main building. A tree was toppled. This microburst had estimated winds of 90 to 95 mph and developed over an area of 150 by 75 yards.
15:45Z 61 KY Graves Fancy Farm Trees and power lines were down along Kentucky Highways 80 and 1686. Trees were covering the whole road.
15:55Z 61 KY Graves Cuba An outbuilding was destroyed. Debris from the wood-frame shed was carried across the street into a field. Farm equipment inside the shed was damaged. Power and phone lines were blown down.

16:25Z 56 KY Breckinridge Harned Strong straight line winds removed the roof from an old barn, throwing it onto the roof of a residence, damaging its roof in turn.

16:35Z 60 MO Pemiscot Hayti Two semi trucks were blown down on Interstate 55. One truck was traveling southbound when it was blown down near mile marker 22.2. The other truck was traveling northbound when it was blown down near mile marker 25.4.

16:58Z 52 KY Franklin Jett A spotter reported that a shop was destroyed on Leestown Road near Frankfort.
16:59Z 56 KY Franklin Jett An NWS survey team identified straight line wind damage next to Leestown Road near the intersection of Highways 421 and 60 just east of Frankfort. A power pole was blown down. At a storage unit facility, the roof was removed from three individual storage units.

17:03Z 56 KY Scott White Sulpher At the intersection of Muir and Midway Lanes, a downburst removed a 60 by 40 foot section of roof from a barn. Several trees were toppled and some shingles were torn off a house.
17:05Z 52 KY Nelson Highgrove A spotter reported that some shingles were lost from his roof. An 8 in diameter tree was downed.
17:12Z 52 KY Scott Georgetown Local broadcast media reported some roof damage to a building in Georgetown. Water then damaged the interior.

20:00Z 50 KY Breathitt Camp Lewis A deliver driver reported that numerous tree limbs were down along the roads throughout the county. One tree that was across Hwy 30E near the Breathitt/Magoffin line was blocking the road and had to be removed.

Several trees were snapped or uprooted and power lines were downed along Hwy 114 and in Rough and Tough Branch in and near the community of Dotson. A billboard was also severely damaged due to the winds. The local VFD reported several transformer fires due to the downed trees and power lines.
