22:08Z 70 WI Columbia Portage The Columbia County 911 Call Center reported approximately 100 trees were blown down, many power lines downed and scattered clusters of damage along a 17 mile-wide path from 5 miles southwest of Portage to Columbus from damaging thunderstorm wind gusts that were estimated up to 80 mph. A trained spotter recrded a 71 mph wind gust in Pardeeville. The roof was blown off a home and a garage was destroyed in Fall River. A home was destroyed and 2 houses damaged in the Town of Dakorra. Heavy rain accompanying the storms, with 1.58 inches measured in 45 minutes 3 miles east of Poynette, produced street flooding in Portage and Pardeeville.

In addition, multiple large trees were knocked down in West Jordan, South Jordan, and Taylorsville, including a few that fell on houses and caused damage to roofs.

02:47Z 83 IN Wabash Wabash A National Weather Service survey of damage northwest of Wabash indicated the damage patterns were consistent with a downburst. The path noted here is the center point of the swath with a maximum width of around 3 miles at the start, to roughly 2/3rds of a mile wide at the end. In addition to extensive tree damage, a grain silo and two pole barns were completely destroyed, with the debris being blown to the southeast. Winds were estimated between 90 and 100 mph.

03:59Z 61 OH Henry Hamler Widespread tree and tree limb damage was noted in and around the town of Hamler by NWS officials while conducting surveys of tornado damage in the area. All damage within the town of Hamler was the result of straight line winds.
03:59Z 70 OH Henry Hamler A NWS storm survey of damage at a farm indicated a combination of the remnant circulation of a tornado to the southwest of the site, as well as an anchoring failure, resulted in the collapse of a grain leg collapse and damage to several empty grain bins. The grain leg was anchored by a three point system, with the northeast side of the leg being unanchored. As the strong winds impacted an anchor on the southwest side, the leg began to buckle and shift, causing the bending of a large I-beam and the uplift of a cement block where an anchor was set to the northwest of the leg. The grain leg twisted and collapsed onto several bins. Given the failure of the anchoring, winds are estimated at around 80 mph.
