The majority of the damage was to trees with most trees being uprooted. There were a few areas where trees were snapped. The core of the damage where winds were estimated at 90 MPH was to a farm where a barn was blown off of its foundation by a few inches. A tin roof was partially peeled off and several large hardwood trees were uprooted.

A tree fell onto a house on Applewood Avenue, downed trees blocked Pollard and Floyd Streets, and trees were downed on Mellon Road, Concord Road, Boston Road near the Lahey Clinic, and Parkway Avenue.
