00:00Z 65 IL Madison Formosa Jct Thunderstorm winds caused a delivery truck to be blown into a car on the other side of the road causing a collision. The delivery truck driver was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. Also, several large trees, tree branches and power lines were blown down.

02:42Z 60 IN Hamilton Indianapolis Metro A A tree was downed by thunderstorm wind gusts at the 1900 block of Westwood Drive. The tree fell on a 40 year old man who was in the backyard at the time and was not able to escape before the winds arrived. This was an isolated area of much stronger winds than the otherwise modest 50kt gusts nearby. It was noted via drone footage that in this isolated area, numerous trees were uprooted, but all fell generally along the storm motion indicating straight line winds.

The winds then stripped the underside of a parking canopy including metal panels. On the east facing side of the building, the entire brick wall facing the east parking lot collapsed. Just east across Lawrence Street at the John Blackwell Sports Complex, a tall backstop fence of a baseball field was knocked to the ground.

The metal roof deck of a home was uplifted on Campbell where one person was injured by debris. Downwind, a copule of large pine trees were snapped. Further downstream across Graves Street, the outfield fence of a softball field was mangled and destroyed.
