01:00Z 61 KS Cheyenne St Francis Arpt A strong embedded supercell thunderstorm produced strong winds estimated at 60-70 mph as it crossed the Colorado/Kansas state line. The strong winds were able to snap off a few tree limbs of an unknown size off evergreen trees at the location.

09:24Z 65 TX Stephens Necessity Thunderstorm winds damaged trees around and to the west of the A&E Ranch entrance near CR 102 and Highway 180. In addition, a salt water storage tank was tipped over near the entrance of the ranch. Radar evidence suggests the tornadic development process may have been in progress at the time, resulting in the localized high winds, but a tornado did not develop.
