01:35Z 65 IL Pope Golconda A weather service storm survey found scattered thunderstorm wind damage in an area three to five miles north of Golconda along Highway 146. A manufactured home had most of its roofing material removed. A small portion of roofing was blown off a metal barn. A few small tree limbs were down. Peak winds were estimated between 70 and 75 mph.

05:03Z 61 IL Crawford Duncanville Multiple machine sheds and outbuildings were destroyed near Duncanville just east of Highway 1.
05:11Z 87 IN Sullivan New Lebanon Thunderstorm wind damage consistent with straight line winds during a brief downburst. The line of thunderstorms produced a very brief bowing segment around 1208 am EST from just south of Merom to just north of County Road 625 South. Assessment of damage shows property and debris thrown in a generally eastward direction with little or no lofting of debris noted.||Thunderstorm winds blew over a recreational vehicle into a pick-up truck at 5151 West County Road 400 South. This impact rolled the truck upside down. Walls of a pole barn were compromised and blown out. HVAC compressor next to the adjacent house was blown off its platform although essentially no damage occurred to house. The yard showed no signs of swirls. Local resident also reported on social media that trees and power lines were also down. Debris from other damage was also reported in the road 1.75 mile to the WSW at Indiana Route 58 and County Road 450 South.
07:00Z 70 IN Johnson Trafalgar Thunderstorm winds that may have been a very localized microburst at Indian Creek High School moved a van east of its original location and rolled an empty trailer several hundred yards. No damage to nearby structures or buses in parking lot.

08:35Z 75 IN Jackson Seymour Thunderstorm winds caused extensive damage from near Courtland into west side of Seymour with everything blown to the east. A metal storage barn had sheet metal ripped off and many trees were blown down.
08:55Z 50 AR Phillips Black Foot Three power poles were knocked down on Highway 316 one mile north of Highway 49. One tree was also knocked down along with tree limbs.

09:19Z 50 OH Greene Xenia Port Xenia Arp A house received minor roof damage and numerous large trees were also downed at the residence.

10:05Z 52 KY Calloway Midway Due to a combination of heavy rain and strong winds, a semi-trailer carrying logs overturned on U.S. Highway 641 south of Murray. The driver was ejected from the cab and died (indirect). Highway 641 was closed for several hours.
